Heating & Cooling Experts Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data controller for the personal information we collect through this website and in the course of our business. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16065917, at 36 Highfield, Withernsea, HU19 2LL.

  • respond to enquiries and provide quotes
  • carry out and manage the work you have asked us to do, including warranty registration with manufacturers
  • introduce you to TradeHelp Ltd if you ask about finance

Who we share your information with

  • TradeHelp Ltd, if you apply for finance. Heating & Cooling Experts Ltd (FRN 1029082) is an Introducer Appointed Representative of TradeHelp Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 697812). TradeHelp Ltd and their lender will process your data under their own privacy policies.
  • Manufacturers such as Worcester Bosch, to register guarantees and warranties
  • Service providers who support our business, such as website hosting, IT and accountants
  • Regulators and authorities, where required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and job records for up to 6 years after the work is completed, for accounting, legal and warranty purposes. We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 12 months.

  • object to or restrict how we use your information
